Needed a rebuild kit for a Gray ratchet. My first call to S.B Simpson wasn't fruitful and only worthy of one star. Fortunately I decided to pursue the issue. Upon my second attempt I dealt with a very polite and helpful associate who answered all my questions and directed me towards the correct item. The quality of the service certainly deserves 5 stars. The part arrived promptly and the ratchet is back in use.Thank you kindly, Jim Barron.

Update July 14 2020: Customer service contacted me and made things right by apologizing and refunding the difference in pricing. Glad it got resolved as it seems like a good place to buy safety items like half mask P100 respirators for painting/staining projects which are in short supply specially during this pandemic.Old review: Very bad customer service. Charged me $10 more instore for a $50 order than what is listed online. That’s 20%more right there!!! Then they said if I had ordered online I would have had to pay for shipping anyway but that is FALSE as it clearly says on their site you can pick up instore for free. Never buying here again. Buyer beware.

Excellent service. Gerome is a great guy.You can just about get any tool you can think of , they will also help with the torque wrench calibration. If you can get hold of most of the US brands of tools also. They stock the Canadian "Greys tools" also .Good variety
